July has been a busy month seeing the Clickers set up their constitution, giving us a sound footing on which to go forward.
It was agreed that we should wear plain red t-shirts/polo shirts for demonstrations with badges designed by Ann’s granddaughter Courteney then laminated by John. Next year we will review the situation. We are getting some quotes for additional lettering on the fleece jackets and will let you know how much this is going to be as soon as we do, we can then decide what to do.
The Christmas meal has been booked for Friday 10th December and will cost £25 for two people, please let Corinne know numbers and whether you want to start paying weekly. We saw the three course menu on Saturday and Corinne will have copies of it very soon.
Congratulations to Clare and Graham who got married on the 17th July, we wish them good luck and happiness in this new phase of their lives together.

Our dog of the month was Archie, assisted ably by Sheryl. Archie is a working Cocker Spaniel and is typical of his breed, full of energy and the excitement of life. He is responding very well to the consistent training he receives from Sheryl and the rest of the family, well done to them all.
August will be another busy month as we get ready for the Family Fun day Dog Show on August 30th it should be a really good day with something for everyone. Before that though we have a demo booked at Caludon Park in Coventry, we had a lovely day there last year with lots of interest so let us hope for the same this year.
We have had some new faces join us and we wish them luck with their training and hope to welcome them into the team in future, should they wish to do so, but we hope that they enjoy their training and have fun whilst they are.
We are trying to think of some fund raising ideas, if you have any please let Corinne or Sue know. We are planning a couple of events in association with the Nuneaton North Scouts, they have the venue and we have the ideas so a sharing of funds seemed appropriate, also it brings us into contact with a new group of people.
To round up; Corinne needs to know Christmas meal numbers and we need fund raising ideas that will take us into 2011.
Have a wonderful fun-filled August.
